If you’re looking for a place in the Heart of Orléans that’s serious about performance, growth, and results, Drip Dawg Sports is quickly making its mark.
Founded in 2024 by Erik Anderson and Jason Mailhot, this performance-focused training facility was built on over 40 years of combined coaching and training experience. Their mission is simple: create a space where people of all ages and skill levels can push themselves, improve, and see real progress.
Drip Dawg Sports offers structured training programs for everyone—from youth athletes looking to compete at higher levels to adults wanting to build strength and confidence. Their programs focus on strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and overall athletic performance.
Whether it’s group sessions, one-on-one coaching, team training, or seasonal camps, everything is designed with intention. This isn’t a “show up and wing it” kind of gym—it’s a place where programming, coaching, and accountability come together.

What sets Drip Dawg apart is its commitment to full-circle development. Upstairs, you’ll find Drip Wellness, where services like physiotherapy, esthetics, and nurse injections are available—creating a one-stop destination for both performance and recovery.
It’s this combination of training and wellness that allows clients to not only push harder but recover smarter.

Traditional gyms don’t always offer structure or guidance, especially for those serious about improving performance. Drip Dawg Sports fills that gap by providing a high-quality, coached environment where people are supported and challenged at the same time.
Their approach goes beyond physical results—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and mindset.

For Erik and Jason, coaching has always been more than just a job. It’s a passion. Opening Drip Dawg Sports gave them the opportunity to scale that passion and impact more people in a meaningful way.
And that impact is what they value most—whether it’s helping an athlete reach the next level or seeing someone gain confidence through strength and fitness.
Choosing the Heart of Orléans was no accident. With its strong, family-oriented community and focus on growth and development, it was the ideal place to build something like Drip Dawg. Its accessible location near the highway also makes it easy for clients across the city to train there.
Outside the gym, both owners have their own unique ways of unwinding. Erik enjoys traveling to sporting events and camps, often sharing those experiences with his kids and other young athletes. Jason, on the other hand, has a surprising hidden talent—playing the violin as a way to relax.
