Proxy Form
If you are a member and unable to attend our AGM, you are able to complete a proxy form to have someone vote on your behalf.
Please note in order to proxy you must be a member of the Heart of Orléans BIA (Property Owner or Business Owner) in good standing. Proxy forms must be submitted to the Heart of Orléans BIA office by 4:00 PM on the Monday before the AGM.
