Tree Planting with Laura Dudas

Community Tree Planting Event on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 9:00 am, taking place at 1754 St. Joseph Boulevard (on the former convent grounds).

Last fall’s event was a tremendous success, with more than 1,000 trees planted by volunteers from across the community. Thanks to a generous grant from Trees for Life, we are ready to plant another 1,000 trees this spring.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together, expand our local tree canopy, strengthen our ecosystem, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

All are welcome, including families, friends, and neighbours. Some tools will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own shovels and gloves if possible.
