We view ourselves as the guides and custodians of a very rich history. Cannabis plants have been grown since at least the 3rd millennium BCE. Evidence suggest that it was consumed at least 2,500 years ago in the Pamir Mountains, a mountain range in Central Asia at the junction of the Himalayas and the Tian Shan and Karakoram ranges. Although subject to legal restrictions for much of the 20th century, Cannabis was legalized in Canada in 2018.
