What made you choose your current location? What do you love most about Orléans?

We chose our current location as we wanted to help serve the Orléans area. We love that Orléans is comprised of hard working families and includes a large Francophone community.

How did you get the idea or concept for the business? 

It was a smooth and logical transition from Real Estate.

What made you choose this type of business?

We love to learn and grow.

What is your mission? What are your goals?

To ensure clients have the knowledge to understand a home’s value, are aware of their mortgage options, and take pride in home ownership.

What problem does your business solve?

Obtaining mortgages for all types clients with different budgets and portfolios.

How many employees do you have?

We have one employee to help us out.

What is your favorite part of your business? 

The best part of our job is meeting new people!

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer/manufacture?

We offer mortgage advice & solutions

What is unique about your business?

We offer unbiased advice while helping people with their dream to own a home.

Why is your business  important to you? What are you most proud of?

Helping people makes us happy. People dream of owning their own homes and we are able to help them achieve that.

To what do you attribute your success?

Definitely listening. Listening to the clients’ needs and supporting them all the way through the process (and beyond) ensures happy clients, returning clients and referrals.

What inspires you? 

People understanding finance and having the opportunity to own their own home.

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

SAVE, SAVE, SAVE, plan and be informed.

What is the most interesting thing about you personally that no one would know, that you don’t mind sharing? E.g. What do you do when you are outside the office? Do you have a hidden talent?

We love board games, bridge and golf!

We would have liked to have been a Golf Pro in another life!
