SUMMARY:Yoga in the Park
DESCRIPTION:Yoga in the Park\, starting July 8th\nOur summer Yoga in the Park event takes place every Wednesday at 7 PM during July and August\, at Décarie Park. It is free\, no registration required\, and everyone is welcome. When the weather is questionable\, I usually call it around 5 o’clock the same day. Updates or cancellations will be posted here around 5 PM the day of a session. \nVolunteers Needed\nVolunteering to help with the free yoga sessions involves communicating with yoga instructors\, creating a schedule\, promoting the event\, deciding whether to cancel because of weather and attending the sessions to ensure the instructor has arrived. \nReach out to mail@cgow.ca if you’re able to help out (doesn’t need to be every week).
