Learn simple stitching techniques and explore how fabric and thread can help centre your thoughts. Each participant will leave with their own stitched creation—a tangible reminder of the beauty of slowing down.\nAll materials included. Students may wish to bring a small piece of fabric\, lace or something meaningful to incorporate into their stitched work.
