  1. En voici les points saillants<\/a> :\n

    1. Abordabilit\u00e9 : Aider les Canadiens \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 l’inflation<\/p>\n

    – R\u00e9duction des frais de carte de cr\u00e9dit : L’automne dernier, nous avons annonc\u00e9 que notre gouvernement s’efforcerait de r\u00e9duire les frais de transaction pour les petites entreprises canadiennes qui travaillent fort. Dans le budget de 2023, notre gouvernement annonce qu’il a conclu une entente avec Visa et MasterCard pour r\u00e9duire les frais de carte de cr\u00e9dit jusqu’\u00e0 27 %. Cette r\u00e9duction permettra aux petites entreprises d’\u00e9conomiser 1 milliard de dollars au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

    – Remboursement des frais d’\u00e9picerie : Nous savons que les Canadiens sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une inflation \u00e9lev\u00e9e et \u00e0 un co\u00fbt de la vie record. Dans le budget de 2023, nous avons instaur\u00e9 un remboursement unique des frais d’\u00e9picerie, qui permettra aux Canadiens de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un all\u00e9gement cibl\u00e9 de l’inflation de 2,5 milliards de dollars pour les Canadiens qui en ont le plus besoin.<\/p>\n

    2. Transition vers l’\u00e9conomie verte : Favoriser une croissance propre et de bons emplois<\/p>\n

    – Cr\u00e9dit d’imp\u00f4t pour l’investissement dans l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 propre : Le budget 2023 cr\u00e9era un cr\u00e9dit remboursable de 15 % pour soutenir les syst\u00e8mes de production, de stockage et de transmission non polluants.<\/p>\n

    – Fabrication de technologies propres : Le budget 2023 cr\u00e9era un cr\u00e9dit d’imp\u00f4t de 30 % pour les nouvelles machines et les nouveaux \u00e9quipements utilis\u00e9s pour fabriquer ou traiter des technologies propres cl\u00e9s et extraire des min\u00e9raux critiques cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

    – Hydrog\u00e8ne propre : le budget 2023 cr\u00e9era un cr\u00e9dit d’imp\u00f4t allant jusqu’\u00e0 40 % pour les projets de production d’hydrog\u00e8ne propre.<\/p>\n

    – Fabrication de produits \u00e0 \u00e9missions nulles : le budget 2023 prolonge les taux d’imposition r\u00e9duits pour les fabricants de technologies \u00e0 \u00e9missions nulles.<\/p>\n

    Nous fournissons \u00e9galement 500 millions de dollars au Fonds strat\u00e9gique pour l’innovation afin de soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement et l’application de technologies propres au Canada.<\/p>\n

    Autres faits marquants :<\/p>\n

    – March\u00e9s publics r\u00e9ciproques : Notre gouvernement s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 faire en sorte que l’argent des march\u00e9s publics f\u00e9d\u00e9raux profite aux travailleurs et aux entreprises du Canada. Gr\u00e2ce au budget 2023, nous franchirons les prochaines \u00e9tapes vers une cha\u00eene d’approvisionnement mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, r\u00e9ciproque et r\u00e9siliente.<\/p>\n

    – Pour aider les entreprises et les brasseries confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une inflation \u00e9lev\u00e9e, nous gelons la taxe d’accise sur la bi\u00e8re, le vin et l’alcool.<\/p>\n

    – Touch\u00e9s de plein fouet par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, nous soutenons la croissance du secteur canadien du tourisme gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un investissement de 108 millions de dollars destin\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir les collectivit\u00e9s et les petites entreprises.<\/p>\n

    – Soutenir le leadership du Canada dans l’espace : Le budget 2023 investit un peu moins de 2,8 milliards de dollars pour permettre aux Canadiens – et \u00e0 la technologie canadienne – d’aller dans l’espace, sur la lune et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n

    – Prot\u00e9ger les communaut\u00e9s de la diaspora en cr\u00e9ant un Bureau national de lutte contre l’ing\u00e9rence \u00e9trang\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

    – Respecter nos engagements : nous prenons les prochaines mesures pour \u00e9radiquer le travail forc\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes d’approvisionnement canadiennes.<\/p>\n

    – Le nouveau plan d’action du Canada pour lutter contre la haine : le budget 2023 investit 49,5 millions de dollars dans S\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique Canada afin d’\u00e9largir le programme Communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 risque, am\u00e9liorant ainsi les ressources et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Canadiens marginalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

    – Notre gouvernement d\u00e9fendra toujours le droit des femmes de choisir : Le budget 2023 prot\u00e8ge l’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’avortement et aux autres services de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et g\u00e9n\u00e9sique<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
