Lorsqu\u2019elle a ouvert son entreprise en 2015, la ZAC commen\u00e7ait tout juste \u00e0 asseoir sa pr\u00e9sence dans le district\u2009; huit ans plus tard, l\u2019association est devenue une force vitale du milieu des affaires local.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, Mme\u00a0LeBlanc se f\u00e9licite de faire partie de la ZAC, qui exemplifie le principe de \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019union fait la force\u00a0\u00bb. En devenant membre, la femme d\u2019affaires a fait connaissance avec ses pairs et, d\u00e9sormais, elle est \u00e0 l\u2019aise de contacter d\u2019autres entreprises pour discuter d\u2019enjeux importants. Cette approche s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement utile durant la pand\u00e9mie lorsque les acteurs du milieu de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre \u2014 Mme\u00a0LeBlanc compris \u2014 ont pu se concerter sur les consignes de sant\u00e9 publique pour bien les respecter, et ainsi fournir une exp\u00e9rience aussi s\u00e9curitaire que possible \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mme\u00a0LeBlanc aime aussi consulter l\u2019infolettre de la ZAC et son magazine <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rythme<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (voir le bouton <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/heartoforleans.ca\/fr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abonnez-vous<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au bas de la page) pour mieux conna\u00eetre les nouvelles entreprises, ainsi que celles qui sont \u00e9tablies dans le secteur depuis un certain temps. Elle aime particuli\u00e8rement la pr\u00e9sence de la ZAC sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mme\u00a0LeBlanc d\u2019ajouter\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Au cours des huit derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les plus grands changements se sont produits dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du paysage de rue. C\u2019est une excellente fa\u00e7on d\u2019embellir notre district de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s visible. J\u2019ai h\u00e2te de voir les autres plans que la ZAC nous r\u00e9serve pour rehausser notre paysage de rue \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La femme d\u2019affaires encourage aussi les entreprises situ\u00e9es tout juste hors de la zone de devenir <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/heartoforleans.ca\/fr\/a-notre-sujet\/rejoignez-nous\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">membre associ\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Elle souligne l\u2019ambiance de petite ville que l\u2019on retrouve \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans, ainsi que sa grande gamme de boutiques et de services professionnels. Le secteur contient une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ressante d\u2019emplacements commerciaux locatifs qui offrent un excellent potentiel de croissance pour les entreprises.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elizabeth Iverson est propri\u00e9taire du caf\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/artofbean.ca\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art of Bean<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sur la promenade Youville. M\u00eame si son commerce est situ\u00e9 juste au-del\u00e0 des limites de la ZAC, Mme\u00a0Iverson a choisi de devenir membre associ\u00e9e. Et elle est tr\u00e8s satisfaite de son choix\u2009!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0Notre entreprise a ouvert ses portes en octobre 2021, et nous voulions trouver une fa\u00e7on cr\u00e9er des liens avec d\u2019autres commerces dans notre communaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-elle. Elle est reconnaissante de la couverture que la ZAC lui a accord\u00e9e pour lui souhaiter la bienvenue parmi ses membres, via ses r\u00e9seaux sociaux, son magazine <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rythme<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et son infolettre. \u00ab\u00a0Cette couverture nous a fait conna\u00eetre et nous a apport\u00e9 plusieurs clients\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit-elle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour Mme\u00a0Iverson, qui a grandi \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans, les changements au paysage de rue repr\u00e9sentent un bonus qui s\u2019inscrit dans la vision strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 long terme de la ZAC. \u00ab\u00a0Il r\u00e8gne une v\u00e9ritable atmosph\u00e8re de camaraderie entre les entreprises, inspir\u00e9e en partie par notre fiert\u00e9 pour le paysage urbain.
