On me demande souvent quels sont les principaux changements survenus. Voici les quatre grands enjeux \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer pour la prochaine ann\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le recrutement<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un contexte f\u00e9roce de chasse aux talents, le recrutement demeure la grande priorit\u00e9 pour la plupart des employeurs en 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le faible taux de ch\u00f4mage et la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019immigration au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont engendr\u00e9 un march\u00e9 qui favorise l\u2019employ\u00e9 (ou l\u2019offre). L\u2019employeur qui accorde le meilleur salaire de base gagne souvent la partie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous d\u00e9cidez de hausser le salaire de base, soyez conscient qu\u2019il est difficile de le ramener au taux d\u2019avant la COVID avec son inflation subs\u00e9quente. Des frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pourraient \u00e9ventuellement entra\u00eener des mises \u00e0 pied.
