{"id":51233,"date":"2022-12-07T18:33:24","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T18:33:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/heartoforleans.ca\/historical-plaques-an-evolving-project\/"},"modified":"2022-12-07T18:58:09","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T18:58:09","slug":"historical-plaques-an-evolving-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heartoforleans.ca\/fr\/historical-plaques-an-evolving-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Plaques historiques : un projet toujours en \u00e9volution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous vous promenez sur le boulevard Saint-Joseph, vous allez s\u00fbrement remarquer les magnifiques plaques historiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet de plaques a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2013 alors que la Zone d\u2019am\u00e9lioration commerciale (ZAC) du C\u0153ur d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 franco-ontarienne du patrimoine d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans (SFOPHO) se sont rencontr\u00e9es afin de partager leur vision commune de faire installer une s\u00e9rie de plaques historiques le long du boulevard Saint-Joseph.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La SFOPHO venait de publier un recueil intitul\u00e9 Orl\u00e9ans 1950-1960, financ\u00e9 par la Fondation Trillium de l\u2019Ontario, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui ont fait les recherches et r\u00e9dig\u00e9 plus d\u2019une trentaine de capsules portant sur la vie d\u2019autrefois \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans du point de vue culturel, \u00e9conomique, social et agricole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2014, les premi\u00e8res plaques furent install\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au financement de la ZAC du C\u0153ur d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans et au travail des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de la SFOPHO qui ont r\u00e9vis\u00e9 et \u00e9dit\u00e9 chacune des 31 capsules qui se sont retrouv\u00e9es sur 26 plaques de l\u2019\u00e9poque. (Certaines plaques regroupaient deux ou m\u00eame trois capsules.) Depuis, d\u2019autres plaques se sont ajout\u00e9es le long du boulevard Saint-Joseph (ou sur une rue adjacente) portant le nombre de plaques \u00e0 32 racontant l\u2019histoire de 37 lieux historiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque ann\u00e9e la SPOPHO fait l\u2019inventaire des plaques qui ont besoin de r\u00e9parations ou de faire remplacer leur rev\u00eatement. Gr\u00e2ce au financement de la ZAC du C\u0153ur d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans et aux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de la SFOPHO (coordination et gestion), les plaques gardent leur belle apparence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019entretien des plaques a pris des proportions plus importantes puisqu\u2019apr\u00e8s 8 ann\u00e9es en place, certaines d\u2019entre elles (surtout celles qui font face au sud) ont perdu de leur lustre. C\u2019est ainsi que le rev\u00eatement de 12 plaques sera renouvel\u00e9. \u00c9galement, on en profitera pour remplacer le module complet de l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles et pour redresser le poteau d\u2019une autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est important pour la SFOPHO et la ZAC que les plaques historiques soient constamment \u00e0 leur meilleur et qu\u2019elles demeurent faciles \u00e0 lire, de sorte que la transmission de notre belle histoire locale se fasse agr\u00e9ablement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9crit par Mme.
