L&#8217;entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en mai 2021. Pour l&#8217;instant, Rosanne s&#8217;occupe d&#8217;animer des groupes de discussion, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et des ateliers, mais la prochaine \u00e9tape consistera \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des cours cr\u00e9dit\u00e9s sur la th\u00e9orie de l&#8217;attachement pour les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 mentale et de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation, ainsi que du contenu t\u00e9l\u00e9chargable sur son site Web.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re en tant qu&#8217;entreprise de ressources avec des ateliers virtuels pour deux commissions scolaires. Maintenant, comme les \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont lieu en personne, il est temps d&#8217;\u00e9largir le champ d&#8217;action pour inclure plus d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements en direct et, esp\u00e9rons-le, obtenir un espace de bureau pour les r\u00e9unions.<\/p>\n<p>Rosanne vit \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans depuis pr\u00e8s de 20 ans et elle est fi\u00e8re de se sentir chez elle dans cette communaut\u00e9 tr\u00e8s unie. Elle dit : &#8220;Il n&#8217;est pas souvent n\u00e9cessaire de quitter la r\u00e9gion d&#8217;Orl\u00e9ans pour trouver ce que l&#8217;on cherche. Tout se trouve ici. Les clients locaux sont fid\u00e8les \u00e0 leur communaut\u00e9 et aux entreprises locales.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rosanne a travaill\u00e9 dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 mentale pendant environ 8 ans. Apr\u00e8s avoir eu ses trois enfants, elle a quitt\u00e9 son emploi et a commenc\u00e9 une toute nouvelle carri\u00e8re. Elle est retourn\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudes, a travaill\u00e9 pour le conseil scolaire en tant que coach en \u00e9motions sociales et travaille maintenant pour le CHEO. Elle a fond\u00e9 Attached at the Root en raison de sa passion pour l&#8217;apprentissage des traumatismes, du d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;enfant et de la th\u00e9orie de l&#8217;attachement.
