Mais mentionnerons-nous aussi les aspects positifs et les apprentissages qui nous ont permis de g\u00e9rer la situation et de nous adapter\u2009?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le feu de l\u2019action, il peut \u00eatre difficile de composer avec les facteurs de stress. Saviez-vous que l\u2019Association canadienne pour la sant\u00e9 mentale a mis sur pied l\u2019initiative <a href=\"https:\/\/bouncebackontario.ca\/fr\/\">Retrouver son entrain<\/a>\u2009? Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un programme gratuit de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences con\u00e7u pour aider les adultes et les jeunes \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la tristesse, la d\u00e9pression, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, le stress et l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude. Notamment, on y propose <a href=\"https:\/\/bouncebackontario.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/BounceBack_TipSheet-Covid19-FR2.pdf\">10 choses que vous pouvez faire d\u00e8s maintenant pour r\u00e9duire les inqui\u00e9tudes, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et le stress li\u00e9s \u00e0 la COVID-19<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, vous avez peut-\u00eatre entendu parler de l\u2019importance des \u00ab&nbsp;quatre&nbsp;S&nbsp;\u00bb &nbsp;: Se laver, S\u2019exposer au soleil, S\u2019\u00e9tirer et Suivre un horaire. Mis en pratique, ces quatre gestes peuvent structurer vos journ\u00e9es et vous apporter beaucoup de r\u00e9confort. Avec un peu de chance, ils vous permettront de retrouver une attitude positive et un sentiment de contr\u00f4le sur votre vie, malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s actuelles. Notez cependant que les quatre&nbsp;S ne remplacent pas les soins m\u00e9dicaux essentiels. Si vous ressentez de la d\u00e9pression, de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou d\u2019autres sympt\u00f4mes, veuillez consulter un professionnel de la sant\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les quatre&nbsp;S&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Se laver&nbsp;<\/strong>: Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire pour pr\u00e9server votre sant\u00e9 mentale et physique. Cela vous am\u00e8nera \u00e0 rev\u00eatir une tenue propre chaque jour, un geste non n\u00e9gligeable pour partir la journ\u00e9e sur une note positive.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u2019exposer au soleil&nbsp;<\/strong>: M\u00eame si le soleil ne brille pas tous les jours, cette consigne vous rappelle d&#8217;aller dehors et de chercher les rayons du soleil aussi souvent que possible. Il n\u2019y a rien de tel qu\u2019une courte \u2014 ou longue \u2014 promenade au soleil pour vous remonter le moral et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce qui vous remplit de gratitude.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u2019\u00e9tirer&nbsp;<\/strong>: Ahhhhhhhh&#8230; La simple pens\u00e9e de s\u2019\u00e9tirer provoque d\u00e9j\u00e0 une sensation de rel\u00e2chement et de bien-\u00eatre. Vous pouvez aussi consulter <a href=\"https:\/\/greco.fit\/welcome\">les programmes en ligne du studio Greco Fitness<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suivre un horaire&nbsp;<\/strong>: \u00c9tablir un horaire et une liste de t\u00e2ches vous permet de garder un bon niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie, de stimuler vos cellules grises et de maintenir votre productivit\u00e9. Astuce de pro&nbsp;: chaque jour, pratiquez une activit\u00e9 qui vous procure du plaisir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En plus de l\u2019approche des quatre&nbsp;S, il est utile d\u2019appliquer la strat\u00e9gie des \u00ab&nbsp;sc\u00e9narios&nbsp;\u00bb vs la \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9alit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. Lorsqu\u2019on se fait des sc\u00e9narios, on peut vite sombrer dans les regrets ou les ruminations existentielles&nbsp;: que serait-il arriv\u00e9 si j\u2019avais fait ceci\u2009? Ou cela\u2009? Et si le pire se produisait\u2009?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour contrer ces pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives, il faut faire l\u2019inverse, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire adopter une attitude saine, enracin\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, pour examiner ce qui passe actuellement. Quelle est ma sensation de faim en ce moment\u2009? Qu\u2019y a-t-il dans le frigo\u2009? Quel repas sain puis-je pr\u00e9parer\u2009?
