Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprises locales craignaient qu\u2019un manque de stationnement entra\u00eene une utilisation accrue des terrains commerciaux priv\u00e9s et des rues environnantes, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s des clients, \u00e0 l\u2019application des r\u00e8gles de stationnement et aux co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"557\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"1098\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"575\">Notre r\u00f4le :<\/strong><br data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"578\" \/>Repr\u00e9sentation et mobilisation des parties prenantes : d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des entreprises locales dans le cadre du processus de consultation publique de la Ville, lors de rencontres avec le promoteur et dans les discussions avec le conseiller municipal. Les discussions ont \u00e9galement permis d&#8217;identifier la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;envisager des terrains suppl\u00e9mentaires pour de futures solutions de stationnement \u00e0 mesure que le projet avance.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>L&#8217;impact :<\/strong><br \/>Les pr\u00e9occupations des entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soulev\u00e9es d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du processus de planification, ce qui a permis de garantir un \u00e9quilibre entre la croissance et les besoins op\u00e9rationnels des entreprises existantes.
