Chef Mark Steele has created a Menu for the night that focuses on locally grown and sourced products. He and his team at OCCO will be providing guests with an amazing culinary experience at our Dinner Under the Stars.

Chef Mark Steele has had many culinary achievements throughout his career including leading a team of chef’s to represent Ottawa and to showcase regional cuisine at the coveted James Beard Foundation in Manhattan, Owning a Fine Dining Bistro, Executing multiple head of state dinners including British Royalty and the President of France and multiple Gold Medal wins for National & International Culinary competitions
