At Modern Sports Physio and Wellness Centre, providing physiotherapy in Orleans, Ontario, we know you can’t bear to be sidelined from your sport of choice after an injury. Our goal is to find creative ways to modify your movement while you heal and rehabilitate so that you can stay as active as possible while avoiding re-injury and pain.
